Expressions of Interest are welcomed from dedicated professionals who align well with our organisation's values.We have ongoing positions for the following roles:
Community Support Workers - provide personal, social and domestic care and daily living support for adults to help them build daily living skills, social connections, community participation and to achieve personal and life goals.

Child Support Workers - provide personal, social, and domestic care and daily living support for children and adolescents (5-18 years) to help them build friendships, learn life skills, achieve personal goals and have fun.

Student Placements
disAbility Living Inc offers student placements to those currently completing a Cert III in Individual Support. We love helping to train up the future disability sector workforce, and we often find that our skilled and motivated students go on to work with us. Student placements may include hands on work at disAbility Living Inc's residential or respite accommodation sites. Please contact your RTO if you are interested in a student placement with disAbility Living.
Volunteering
'Volunteering is time willingly given for the common good and without financial gain'
Volunteering can be short or long term, one-off or sporadic. Sometimes people 'fall into' their volunteering, and sometimes you may have caused you are passionate about, a skill you wish to share, or someone who asks you to become involved.
Whatever your passion or your reason for volunteering, we can find a volunteering role that is right for you.
